Hangzhou Kaili Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd, established in 2002, is one of the biggest factories making polyester yarn and embroidery thread. Hangzhou Kaili Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd has eight advanced spinning production lines, eight sets of drafting and stretching machines and 172 sets of TFO Thread-making equipment. It produces all kinds of Polyester Dope Dyed POY, DTY and FDY, more than 2000 different colors, from 50D to 600D, mainly 50D/ 24F, 75D/ 36F, 100D/ 36F, 150D/ 48F, 300D/ 96F, 450D/ 144F and 600D/ 192F. The daily production of polyester dope dyed yarn is over 120 tons and embroidery thread (75D/ 2-300D/ 3) over 30 tons. The annual sales amount reaches nearly 500 millions.

The polyester filament yarn gets the feature of glorious colors, well-rounded texture, high color fastness, comfortable feel and environmental protection. Especially the polyester dope dyed embroidery thread, because of its lower broken rate and can instead of rayon filament yarn, has brought huge profit and strong market competitive ability to our clients.
